MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Indian Cabbage
Categories: Cabbage, Indian
     Yield: 2 Servings

     1 sm White cabbage; shredded
     1 tb Oil; for sautéing
     4 tb Fresh coconut; shredded
   1/2 tb Tamarind paste;
          - dissolved in:
     2 ts Water
          Salt; to taste

 Sauté the cabbage in oil for 1 minute, and add coconut and tamarind.
 Cover and cook slowly until cabbage is tender. Add salt to taste.
 Serve with rice.
