2 tb Fresh parsley;
- finely chopped
2 Bay leaves
1/2 ts Paprika
1 tb Oil; for sautéing
5 c Water
10 oz Can gluten
2 tb Soy sauce
1 Celery rib
1 bn Cellophane noodles;
- 1" in water
2 c Snow peas
1 Jalapeño; de-seeded,
- chopped fine
2/3 c Cooked red kidney beans
1 c Corn kernels
1/2 ts Lemon juice
1 tb Cheddar cheese; grated
Briefly sauté herbs and spices together and bring to a boil. Add soy
sauce, celery, and noodles, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients. Reheat, season, and serve.
