MMMMM----   Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mandarin Pork Roast

     Yield: 10 Servings

     2 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
     4 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Pepper
     5 lb Bone-in pork loin roast
    11 oz Can Mandarin oranges;
          - drained
MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------
   1/2 c  Orange marmalade
     6 tb Orange juice concentrate
   1/4 c  Soy sauce
   1/4 c  Ketchup
     2 tb Honey
 2 1/4 ts Ground mustard
 1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
     2 cl Garlic; minced

 Combine rosemary, garlic, and pepper; rub over roast. Place roast,
 fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered,
 @ 350°F/175°C for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.

 Arrange oranges over roast. Combine glaze ingredients; brush over
 roast. Bake 30 minutes longer, brushing often with glaze. Let stand
 10 minutes before slicing.
