3 Eggs
3 tb Vanilla

Sugar & cinnamon
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, 1-1/2 cup sugar, and
margarine--mix well. Mix in eggs, vanilla--and just enough milk (or
water) to make a good, pliable dough. Take a portion of the dough,
form into a ball, and put on a floured wax paper. Roll out like a
thin pie crust (your choice of size). Fry in a pan of 375°F
oil--drain on paper towels. Sprinkle at once with sugar and cinnamon.
