MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Loaded Mexican Pizza

     Yield: 8 Servings

    15 oz Can black beans; rinsed,
          - drained
     1 md Red onion; chopped
     1 sm Yellow bell pepper; chopped
     3 ts Chilli spice mix
   3/4 ts Ground cumin
     3 md Tomatoes; chopped
     1    Jalapeno; seeded,
          - fine chopped
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     1    Prebaked 12" thin pizza
          - crust
     2 c  Fresh spinach; chopped
     2 tb Fresh cilantro; minced
          Hot pepper sauce
   1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
   1/2 c  Pepper-Jack cheese; shredded

 In a small bowl, mash black beans. Stir in the onion, yellow
 pepper, chilli spice, and cumin. In another bowl, combine the
 tomatoes, jalapeno and garlic.

 Place crust on an ungreased 12" pizza pan; spread with bean
 mixture. Top with tomato mixture and spinach. Sprinkle with
 cilantro, pepper sauce, cheddar cheese, and pepper Jack cheese.

 Bake @ 400°F/205°C for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
