MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Champagne Cajun Tilapia

     Yield: 6 servings

     1 c  Champagne salad dressing
     2 tb Lemon juice
     1 tb Creole seasoning
     1 ts Dried parsley flakes
     1 ts Dill weed
     6    Tilapia fillets (6 oz ea)

 Combine the first five ingredients in a small bowl. Pour
 marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add
 tilapia; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 15
 minutes.

 Drain and discard marinade. Place fillets in a greased
 15x10x1" baking pan.

 Bake, uncovered, @ 375°F/190°C for 20-25 minutes or
 until fish flakes easily with a fork.
