1-1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Cocoa
1 c Water
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 tb Vinegar
1 tb Vanilla
1 pk 8-oz. Cream cheese; softened
1 Egg
1/2 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 pk 6-oz. semisweet chocolate

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cocoa in lg. bowl;
make a well in center of mixture. Combine water, oil, vinegar, and
vanilla; add to dry ingredients, stirring well. Spoon batter into
paperlined miniature muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt; stirring well. Stir in
chocolate mini-morsels. Spoon about 1 tspn cream cheese mixture
over chocolate batter. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 mins.
