                           Chocolate Delight

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1/2  c             Butter -- softened
  1      c             Flour
    1/4  c             Pecans -- chopped
  8      oz            Cream cheese -- softened
  1      c             Powdered sugar
  1      c             Cool Whip
  3      oz            Instant chocolate pudding
  3      oz            Instant vanilla pudding
  3      c             Milk

Cut butter into flour with pastry blender. Mix in nuts. Press into
9x11" dish. Bake at 325°F until golden about 20 minutes. Cool. In
bowl, mix cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled
crust. Beat together last 3 ingredients and spread over cheese
mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pudding mixture.
Garnish with chopped pecans. Chill.
