                          Rich Chocolate Cups

                       Batter:
  1 1/4  c             Flour
  1      c             Sugar
    1/3  c             Cocoa
    3/4  ts            Baking soda
    1/2  ts            Salt
  1      c             Buttermilk or sour milk
    1/3  c             Oil
  1      lg            Egg
  1      ts            Vanilla extract
                       Filling:
  8      oz            Cream cheese
    1/3  c             Sugar
    1/8  ts            Salt
  1      lg            Egg
    1/2  c             Miniature chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a large mixer
bowl. Add buttermilk, oil, egg, and vanilla; blend well.

Filling:

Blend cream cheese, sugar, and salt in small mixer bowl. Add egg;
beat until smooth. Stir in mini-chips.

Fill cups 1/2 full with batter. Spoon about 1 tb filling onto each
cupcake.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until tops are light golden brown.
