MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Winnow Chocolates Dark Chocolate Rocky Road w/Nuts & Berr

     Yield: 64 servings

   500 g  (1.1 lb) dark chocolate
   140 g  (4.9 oz) slivered almonds;
          - toasted
   140 g  (4.9oz) mini-marshmallows
   100 g  (3.5 oz) dried cranberries

 To toast almonds roast for 8 minutes at 180°C/350°F.

 Line a 20x20cm/8x8" square tin with parchment on
 the base and sides. Melt the chocolate in a double
 boiler or in a microwave. Mix in the almonds,
 marshmallows and cranberries.

 Spoon into the prepared tin. Allow to set in the fridge
 and cut into squares.
