     Title: Brown Honey Scones

     Yield: 6 Servings

     3 c  Wholemeal
 4 1/2 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 tb Butter
     2 tb Honey
     1 c  Milk (approximate)

 Mix wholemeal, salt, and baking powder. Rub in the butter. Dissolve
 the honey in the milk, add to dry ingredients and mix to a soft
 dough. Rollout, cut out, and bake on a cookie sheet for 10 to
 12 minutes at 425°F.
