     Title: Lady Baltimore Tarts
Categories: Pies
     Yield: 16 Servings

     3 lg Eggs; well beaten
 1 1/2 c  Brown sugar; packed
   1/2 c  Light corn syrup
 1 1/2 c  Pecans; chopped
     1 c  Flaked coconut
   1/2 c  Red candied cherries;
          - chopped
     1 ts Vanilla
   1/2 ts Almond extract
    16    Commercial tart shells
          - (3"); unbaked
          Red candied cherries;
          - sliced (optional)

 Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring until well blended. Stir in
 pecans, coconut, chopped cherries, and flavorings. Spoon about
 1/4 cup mixture into each tart shell. Bake at 300°F for 40 minutes
 or until tarts are set. Garnish with sliced cherries, if desired.
