                         Peaches and Cream Pie

  1                    Unbaked pie shell (9")
    3/4  c             Sugar
    1/4  c             All purpose flour
    1/4  ts            Salt
    1/4  ts            Nutmeg
    1/4  ts            Cinnamon
  5      md            Peaches (3 c) -- peel, slice
  1      c             Whipping cream -- garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prick pie shell with fork. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, and
cinnamon in large bowl. Add peaches and toss gently. Spoon mixture
into pie shell. Pour whipping cream over top. Bake until set, 40 to
45 minutes. Let cool to room temp. Serve with whipping cream.
