1/8 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Clove powder
1/8 ts Nutmeg
3/4 c Sugar
MMMMM----------------------WET INGREDIENTS---------------------------
15 oz Can pumpkin
2 Eggs
1/2 ts Fresh ginger; grated, or to
-taste
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 Prepared graham cracker
-crust -OR-
8 Mini-tart crusts; up to 10
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Whisk eggs.
Combine pumpkin puree and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in ginger, then
dry ingredients and finally condensed milk. Pour mixture into crust
and put into hot oven. Reduce temperature to 350°F and let bake 40
to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out
clean.
