3 c Cooked pumpkin
3/4 c Brown sugar substitute
Egg beaters equal to 4 eggs
1 cn Evaporated skimmed milk
1/2 ts Ginger
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice

Mix up all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake
at 350° for about 1-1/4 hours or until set. Sorry folks no nutritional info
