     Title: Pumpkin Pie
Categories: Pies, Fruits, Bakery
     Yield: 1 Pie

     2 c  Pumpkin; cook, mash
     1 c  Sugar
   1/2    Stick butter
     3    Eggs; beaten
   1/2 c  Buttermilk
     1 tb Vanilla
     1 ts Nutmeg
     1 ts Cinnamon
   1/2 ts Fresh lemon juice
     1    Homemade deep-dish pie crust

 Mix all ingredients well and add to pie crust. Bake in a preheated oven for
 one hour at 350°. Cool, slice, and serve. Top with whipped cream, if
 desired.
