MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Low-Fat Pie Crust

     Yield: 1 Crust

     3    Egg whites; room temperature
     1 c  Sugar
 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
    14    Squares soda crackers;
          -rolled fine
   1/2 ts Baking soda
   1/2 c  Walnuts; chopped

 Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites until
 frothy. Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla,
 crackers, soda, and nuts. Spray a 9" pie pan with nonstick cooking
 spray and transfer egg white mixture to the pan, spreading evenly
 over the bottom and sides. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool to room
 temperature and fill with fruit filling or skim milk based puddings.

 cholesterol: 0 mg.
