MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: No-Fault Pumpkin Pie

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1    Whole wheat pie shell
     3 c  Pumpkin purée
   3/4 c  Honey
     2 tb Molasses
   1/4 ts Ground cloves
     3 ts Cinnamon
 1 1/2 ts Ginger
     1 ts Salt
     4    Eggs; lightly beaten
     1 cn Evaporated milk -OR-
     2 c  Scalded milk

 Mix in order given. Pour into whole wheat pie shell and bake 10
 minutes at 450°F, then 40 minutes at 350°F, or until set.

 Variation:

 For a delicious pumpkin pudding, omit pie shell. Bake filling in
 buttered baking dish and serve with vanilla ice cream or heavy cream.
