     Title: Banana-Sour Cream Pie

MMMMM---------------------------CRUST--------------------------------
 2 1/2 c  Graham crackers; crushed
     6 tb Butter; melted
     3 tb Honey
   1/2 ts Cinnamon
     1 ds Nutmeg
   1/2 c  Almonds; finely chopped

MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
    12 oz Cream cheese; softened
   1/2 c  Sour cream
   1/4 c  Honey
     1 ts Vanilla extract
   1/4 ts Almond extract
     1 lg Ripe banana; mashed
     2 tb Fresh lemon or lime juice

 A very, very rich and creamy filling in a graham cracker-nut crust.
 The filling contains no eggs and requires no baking.

 Preparation time: 1-1/2 hours
 Chill time: 3 hours

 Crust:

 Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press firmly into a 9" pie pan.
 building up thick sides with a nice edge. Brown in a 350°F oven for
 10 minutes. Cool completely before filling.

 Filling:

 Beat together all ingredients until well blended. Pour into cooled
 crust and chill at least 3 hours.
