     Title: Blueberry Cheese Pie

     Yield: 1 Pie

     1 pk Pie crust mix
   1/2 c  Shredded coconut *
     8 oz Cream cheese
   1/2 c  Sugar
     2    Eggs; well beaten
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     1    Lemon; juice of
     1 tb Flour
     2 c  Milk
    21 oz Can blueberry pie filling

 * presuming shredded sweetened baking coconut

 Prepare pie crust according to directions on package, adding coconut
 to the mix before adding liquid. Use pastry to line the bottom and
 sides of a 9" pie pan, fluting a high edge.

 Mash cream cheese until soft. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon
 juice, flour, and milk. Beat until mixture is very smooth. Pour
 mixture into the pastry-lined pie pan.

 Bake in a slow oven (325°F) for 35-40 minutes or until crust is
 golden brown and filling is set. Cool on a rack. Top with blueberry
 pie filling. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with sweetened
 whipped cream.
