Title: Kay's Apple Pie

8 c Apples; pared, sliced
1 1/2 c Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter
Flour
Mix Apples with sugar. Pour in pie crust. Top with margarine
pieces. Sprinkle with flour and cinnamon. Top pie with crust.
Spread milk over crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake
at 375°F for 1 hour. (Note spray 9" pie plate with Pam before
placing crust in.)
To freeze:
* put apples in freezer bag with sugar.
* add 1 tb fruits fresh and freeze.
Defrost in microwave till able to separate. Cook a little longer
