Cake:
4 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Butter
1/3 c Cocoa
1 1/2 c Nuts -- chopped
Topping:
6 1/4 oz Miniature marshmallows
Frosting:
1/2 c Butter -- melted
1/3 c Milk
3 tb Cocoa
2 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 13x9" pan.
Combine cake ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 25 to
30 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and return to oven for 3 minutes.
Combine frosting ingredients and frost over marshmallows while still
warm. Cool before cutting.
