2 Eggs
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Unsalted butter
1 c Chocolate chips
1 c Pecan halves
1 tb Bourbon
1 ts Vanilla
1 Unbaked pie shell (9")
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Gradually beat in sugar. Fold in flour and butter; stir in chocolate
chips, nuts, and flavorings. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to
50 minutes.
