1/2 c Butter -- softened
2 1/4 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1/3 c Cocoa
1 1/2 ts Corn starch
1 lg Can evaporated milk
2 ts Vanilla
2 Unbaked pie crusts (9")
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add other ingredients; mix well.
Divide between 2 pie crusts. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Lower oven
temperature to 300°F and bake for 25 more minutes, or until done.
