                      Chipits Polka Dot Shortbread

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  1       c            Butter -- softened
    1/2   c            Fine granulated sugar
  1 3/4   c            All-purpose flour
    1/4   c            Rice flour
  1                    Pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

 Cream butter and sugar using electric mixer until light and fluffy.
 Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into bottom of 13x9"
 ungreased pan. Bake at 275°F (140°C) for 45 minutes or until
 lightly golden around edges. Cut into bars. Cool.
