MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Zucchini Cookies

     Yield: 72 servings

     2 c  Zucchini; fine shredded
     1 c  Butter; softened
     2 c  Sugar
     2 lg Eggs; room temperature
     4 c  A-P flour
     2 ts Baking soda
     2 ts Ground cinnamon
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Ground nutmeg
     1 ts Ground cloves
     1 c  Nuts; chopped
   1/2 c  Semisweet chocolate chips

 Place shredded zucchini on a clean towel; roll up and
 squeeze to remove excess liquid. Set aside. In a large
 bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7
 minutes. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after
 each addition. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon,
 salt, nutmeg and cloves; gradually add to the creamed
 mixture and mix well. Stir in the zucchini, nuts and
 chocolate chips.

 Drop by tablespoonfuls 3" apart onto ungreased baking
 sheets. Bake @ 375°F/190°C until lightly browned, 10-12
 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
