1/4 c Butter
1 c Graham cracker crumbs
7 oz Flaked coconut
6 oz Pkg chocolate chips
6 oz Pkg butterscotch chips
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1 c Pecans -- chopped
Melt butter in a 9x12" baking pan. Add ingredients by layers, in
order listed. Bake in 325°F oven about 30 minutes. With a spatula
press down on nuts. Let cool in pan, then cut into squares. When
ready to serve reheat each cookie in microwave, then top with a scoop
of vanilla ice cream, chopped pecans mixed with caramel sauce,
whipped cream, and chocolate syrup. This is a killer dessert! It is
soooo good!
