MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pumpkin Cinnamon Ginger Cookies

     Yield: 4 servings

   250 g  A-P flour
   350 g  Pumpkin; baked
   100 ml Olive oil
     1 pn Salt
   150 g  Sugar
     1 ts Cinnamon
     1 ts Ginger powder
    10 g  Baking soda
     1    Orange; zest of (optional)

 First, prepare the pumpkin for the cookies dough. Cut it in pieces,
 peel it and put into aluminum foil. Bake it in the oven at
 360°F/182°C for 20 minutes.

 Leave the pumpkin to cool down to room temperature. Then mash it
 with a fork. I had 337 g of pumpkin, that's okay. It can be 10
 percent more or 10 percent less than 350 g.

 Add all the other ingredients (1 ts cinnamon, 1 ts ginger powder,
 baking soda 10 g, sugar 150 g, olive oil 90-100 g, pinch of salt
 (and orange zest if you want it)). Mix everything well with your
 hands and make a cookie dough.

 Make small balls out of dough like on the picture. And bake the
 cookies in a 360°F/182°C oven for 15-20 minutes.
