MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Potato Chip Crunchies

     Yield: 96 Cookies

     2 c  Butter; softened
 1 1/2 c  Sugar
     1 lg Egg
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     4 c  A-P flour
     1 c  Pecans; chopped
     1 c  Potato chips; coarse crushed
          Additional potato chips;
          - crushed (optional)

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in pecans
 and 1 cup potato chips.

 Drop by tablespoonfuls 1-1/2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
 Flatten with a fork. If desired, top cookies with additional
 chips.

 Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to
 wire racks to cool.
