1 1/2 c Butter
2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 lb Brown sugar
4 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
2 ts Baking soda
2 c Corn flakes
2 c Oatmeal
1 c Coconut
1 c Nuts -- chopped
1 c Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, eggs, and brown sugar. Mix
together well. Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Beat into creamed mixture. Stir in with large spoon, cornflakes,
oatmeal, coconut, nuts, and chocolate chips. Bake on bright shiny
baking pans (this does make a big difference) 10 to 12 minutes. Cool;
remove from pans. Can substitute peanut butter chips, butterscotch
chips etc.
