1/4 c Margarine
3/4 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1-1/4 c Flour; plus
1/8 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 ts Salt
Coating:
3 tb Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and beat
well. Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt. Chill dough. Roll
into walnut-sized balls and roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake 2" apart
on ungreased sheet for ten minutes.
