Title: Zucchini Drop Cookies

Yield: 72 Cookies
2 c Zucchini; peeled & grated
2 c Sugar
1 c Salad oil
1 ts Baking soda
2 Eggs
4 c Flour
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Cloves
1 ts Salt
2 c Nuts; chopped
2 c Raisins; chopped
Thoroughly beat together zucchini, sugar, oil, & baking soda. Beat in
eggs. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, cloves, and
salt. Add to zucchini mixture. Fold in chopped nuts and raisins. Drop
by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet & bake at 350°F for 12 to
15 minutes.
