Title: Butter Pecan Cookies

Yield: 36 Cookies
1 1/2 c Butter; softened
3/4 c Honey
2 ts Yogurt
1 1/2 c Unbleached white flour
1 c Whole wheat pastry flour
2 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375°F. Oil 2 to 3 cookie sheets.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter and honey until smooth. Stir in
yogurt. Mix remaining ingredients together in medium-sized bowl. Add
to honey-butter mixture and stir until smooth. Drop by rounded
tablespoons onto cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with hand before
baking. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
