2 c Flour
1 c Butter; softened
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
1 ts Orange peel; grated
1 c Macadamia nuts; choppped

Preheat oven to 325°. Blend flour, butter, sugar and orange peel until
mixture holds together in a smooth ball. Stir in macadamia nuts. Chill 30
minutes. Place dough between wax paper and roll out to 1/4" thickness. Cut
diagonally into 2" diamonds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15-18
minutes.
