1 1/2 c Flour
2/3 c Powdered sugar
3/4 c Margarine; softened
3 Eggs; lightly beaten
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
3 tb Flour
1/4 c Lemon juice
Additional powdered sugar
Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, sugar and butter; pat into a greased
13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Meanwhile in a
bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, 3 tb flour, and lemon juice until frothy;
pour over the hot crust. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or
until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered
sugar. Cut into squares.
