     4    Eggs
     1 lb Brown sugar; 1 pkg
     2 c  Biscuit mix
     2 c  Pecans; or walnuts; chopped
     6 oz Butterscotch morsels; 1 pkg
     1 ts Vanilla extract

    Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually
 add sugar, beating until thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
 Spread batter in a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 45
 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
