1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl,
combine cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, sour cream and eggs; blend
well. Stir in apple and raisins. Drop dough by heaping
teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets.
2. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool 5 minutes or until
completely cooled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
