                         Diabetic Peach Cobbler

    1/3  c             Butter
  2      c             Fresh peach slices
  3      tb            Powdered sweetener
  1      c             Flour
    3/4  c             Skim milk
  1 1/2  ts            Baking powder

Melt butter in a 1-1/2 qt baking dish. Add peaches to melted butter.
Mix together the sweetener, flour, milk, and baking powder. Pour over
peaches but do not stir.

Bake at 375°F until golden brown.

Yield: 5 Servings

Per serving: 1/2 Cup
