                       Extra Easy Cherry Cobbler

    1/4  c             Butter
  6 1/4  oz            Pkg White Lily Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
    2/3  c             Sugar
    2/3  c             Milk
 20      oz            Can cherry pie filling

Melt butter in 8- or 9" square baking dish in 350°F oven.

Mix contents of package, sugar, and milk until well combined. Pour
batter evenly into melted butter. Do not stir. Spoon pie filling over
batter. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until top crust is
browned. Serve hot.

Notes: I substituted fresh peaches sprinkled with a little sugar for
the pie filling.
