     Title: Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler
Categories: Five, Fruits, Breads
     Yield: 8 Servings

     6 c  Peaches; peeled, sliced
   2/3 c  Sugar
     2 tb Corn starch
     2 ts Vanilla extract
12 3/8 oz Tube refrigerated cinnamon
          - rolls with icing

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, corn starch, and vanilla.
 Transfer to a greased 13x9" baking dish. Cut each cinnamon roll
 into 4 pieces; arrange over peaches. Reserve icing from package.

 Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until filling is bubbly
 and cinnamon rolls are golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes longer.
 Drizzle with icing. Serve warm.
