     Title: Montana Mom's Dynamite Cheesecake

MMMMM---------------------------CRUST--------------------------------
    16    Graham crackers; crushed
          -into crumbs
   1/4 c  Butter
     1 tb Honey
     1 tb Flour

MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
    16 oz Cream cheese
   1/3 c  Sugar
     4    Eggs
     1 ts Vanilla
     1    Lemon; juice and grated rind
          -of

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
     1 pt Sour cream
   1/2 c  Sugar
     1 ts Vanilla

 Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

 Crust:

 Mush up crust ingredients with fingers and press firmly into bottom
 of a spring-form pan.

 Filling:

 Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour on top of crust and bake for 25
 minutes--or until set at 375°F.

 Cool.

 Topping:

 Blend. Pour on top of cooled filling and bake at 375°F for 5 to 8
 minutes.

 A MUST:

 Cheesecake must set in regrigerator for at least 12 hours before it
 will be firm enough to slice well. If you get impatient and cut
 before it is completely set, the top will be runny.
