     Title: Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake

     Yield: 12 servings

     2 c  Sugar
   3/4 c  Oil
     3    Eggs
     2 ts Vanilla
     2 c  Zucchini; shredded
 2-1/2 c  Flour
   1/2 c  Unsweetened cocoa
 2-1/2 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Baking soda
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Cinnamon

 Beat sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini together. Mix
 dry ingredients. Add alternately to zucchini mix with milk.
 Butter 10" Bundt pan. Shake bread crumbs over butter. Pour
 out excess. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes. Let stand in
 pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
