                   Red, White, & Blueberry Shortcake

 10      oz            Fat-free pound cake -- thawed,
                       - cut into 3 layers
  1      c             Blueberry pie filling --

  1      c             Strawberry pie filling --
                       - * see note
  4      oz            Cool Whip LiteĀ® -- thawed

* Use only half the can.

Spread bottom layer of cake onto serving plate. Spread with blueberry
pie filling. Add 2nd layer of cake. Spread with strawberry pie
filling. Top with 3rd layer of cake. Frost top and sides of cake with
whip topping. Chill until ready to serve.

Serving ideas: Slice and serve with remaining pie fillings, if
desired.
