Title: Blueberry Crumble Bars

Yield: 12 servings
15 1/4 oz Box yellow cake mix
2 1/2 c Old-fashioned oats
3/4 c Butter; melted
12 oz Jar blueberry preserves
1/3 c Fresh blueberries
1 tb Lemon juice
1/3 c Pecans; fine chopped
1 ts Ground cinnamon
Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats and butter until crumbly.
Press 3 cups into a greased 9" square baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine preserves, blueberries, and
lemon juice. Spread over crust. Stir pecans and cinnamon into
remaining crumb mixture. Sprinkle over top.
Bake until lightly browned, 18 to 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack
before cutting into bars.
