     Title: Jam Cake

     Yield: 1 Cake

   200 g  Flour
    50 g  Corn starch
    80 g  Sugar
    16 g  Instant yeast
   250 g  Jam of choice
     3    Eggs
   100 ml Canola oil
    80 ml Water
    20    Cm Spring-form pan

 A truly perfect name for an ingenious recipe to be made immediately,
 the thousand flavors cake is soft and perfect for breakfast, it is
 prepared in a few minutes and you never get tired because every time
 you can prepare it with a different taste, just simply change the
 jam, and you will no longer waste in the kitchen because when you get
 some jam left you will prepare an excellent cake!

 With hand mixer, beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add
 the jam. Add the oil, beat again. In separate bowl, place flour, corn
 starch and yeast, mixing dry ingredients well. Sift into egg mixture,
 then beat for a few minutes with hand mixer. Add water and beat again.

 Heat the oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a springform pan with
 baking paper.

 Add batter and bake in the lower-middle of the oven for 45 minutes.
 Let cool, then sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
