1 c Margarine -- softened
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Mashed potatoes -- cold
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 c Flour
1/4 c Cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Milk
1 c Nuts -- chopped
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating
well. Blend in potatoes and vanilla. Mix flour cocoa and baking soda
and alternately add with milk blending well. Stir in nuts. Pour into
a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or
until cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack. Frost with your favorite
icing
