1 c Butter or margarine
3 c Sugar
6 Eggs
3 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 pt Sour cream
1 ts Vanilla
1-1/2 c Pecans
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well. Sift flour, salt and baking
soda together and add. Add sour cream, vanilla and 1 cup of pecans; blend
well with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 10" Bundt pan. Top with
remaining 1/2 cup of pecans (optional). Bake at 300° for two hours.
