MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01

     Title: Low-Cal Chocolate Cake

     Yield: 24 servings

 1 1/2 c  Flour
   1/4 c  Granulated fructose or
          - other sugar replacement
   1/2 c  Unsweetened cocoa
 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
     1 ts Salt
     1 c  Low fat milk (2%)
   2/3 c  Liquid shortening
     2    Eggs

 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease anf flour a 13x9" cake pan. Combine
 all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour
 into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool.

 Per serving: 86 calories

 Exchanges: 1/2 Bread, 1 Fat
