                          Macadamia Nut Bread

    1/2  c             Pineapple juice (70 to 80°F)
    1/4  c             Water (70 to 80°F)
  1                    Egg
  2      tb            Butter -- softened
  3      tb            Sugar
    3/4  ts            Salt
  3      c             Bread flour
  2 1/4  ts            Active dry yeast
    3/4  c             Macadamia nuts -- chopped
    1/2  c             Flaked coconut

In bread machine pan, place first 8 ingredients in order suggested by
manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf
size. Bake according to bread machine directions. Just before final
kneading (at fruit/nut signal), add nuts and coconut.

Use of delay timer not recommended.

Yield: 1-1/2 lb loaf
