MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Banana Chocolate Chip Tahini Bars
Categories: Banana, Bread
     Yield: 12 Bars

 1 3/4 c  All purpose flour
   1/2 c  Organic sugar
   1/4 c  Brown sugar
   1/4 ts Baking soda
   1/4 ts Salt
     1 ts Cinnamon
     6 tb Aquafaba (chickpea brine)
   1/3 c  Neutral oil
     3    Bananas; brown,
          - but not molding
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     1 tb Tahini paste
   1/3 c  Dairy free milk
     1 ts Cider or white wine vinegar

 Cooking time: 1 hour 35 minutes

 Mix vinegar and milk and set aside.

 Mix all dry ingredients and stir with a whisk.

 Add oil, bananas, aquafaba, vanilla, tahini paste, milk & vinegar
 mixture, and chocolate chips. Mix everything together.

 Pour into a well oiled brownie pan.

 Bake in 350°F oven for 55 to 65 minutes, until toothpick comes out
 clean. Let it cool for as long as you can possibly wait and slice
 into bars. Or just eat it all with a fork.
